Free Returns

Threadlia offers free returns for eligible return requests submitted within the 30-day return period.

Before returning a product, please contact our customer support team at support@threadlia.space. Do not send a return without first receiving return instructions from our team.

How to Request a Return

  • The product you wish to return

  • A brief explanation of your return request

Photos may be requested when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide your order information and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return or refund request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. Threadlia does not control the time required for a financial institution to post an approved refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are not applicable to standard orders because Threadlia provides free worldwide shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return when:

  • The 30-day return period has expired

  • The product has been intentionally damaged or misused

  • The item has been materially modified after delivery

  • Essential parts or components are missing due to customer handling
